
Movement Through Fitness
Movement Through Fitness is a recreational, non-competitive youth program that helps children build strong bodies, confident minds, and a lifelong love of movement. Sessions focus on coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and physical literacy through guided, low-impact activities — agility games, balance challenges, partner drills, and core-strength development. Emphasis is on safe technique, proper form, and progressive skill-building at each child’s pace.
Equipment: Light, age-appropriate fitness tools (cones, floor markers, agility ladders, resistance bands).
